Education: Bachelor of Arts, Psychology, and Master of Social Work, Moravian University; Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner (CPRP) through Psychiatric Rehabilitation
Areas of experience/specialty: My clinical experience spans young adults, adults, and older adults, and I’m always open to working with children and teens as well. I work with a wide range of mental health concerns including trauma, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, autism spectrum disorder, identity exploration, and relationship issues. No matter the diagnosis or life experience, I aim to provide a space that is welcoming, supportive, and grounded in mutual respect.
Previous experience/positions: I have a strong background in Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services, where I help individuals build meaningful, independent lives in their communities by developing practical skills and confidence. This experience continues to shape my therapy work, emphasizing empowerment and real-world application.
Approach to counseling: I am warm, compassionate, open, and collaborative. I draw from a blend of CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, strengths-based, person-centered, and solution-focused approaches. My goal is to help individuals feel more empowered within themselves and work through the issues that matter most to them in a safe, therapeutic environment. I meet each client where they’re at and work alongside them to create a plan that fits their goals and values. Together, we explore ways to better understand and manage mental health in a way that supports long-term growth and self-acceptance.
